I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable as advertised, but there were some issues with the service. The location was convenient for traveling but had some access challenges. The facilities were standard.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, with clean and modern rooms offering good noise screening from the Interstate above. The air conditioning worked well, and although my room wasn't facing Long Beach Harbor, it was still a nice Non-Smoking room. However, the incessant noise from the bell and driver staff made the location extremely loud at times.
